October 2010 TLO is available

The October 2010 issue of the A.L.P.O. Lunar Section’s monthly newsletter,
The Lunar Observer, has been uploaded to:

http://moon.scopesandscapes.com/tlo.pdf

This issue includes an article on the Valentine Dome, and a request for color observations of the Censorinus area (in the TLP report) to help determine the normal visibility of color.  The Censorinus observations would, of course, be of interest to topographical studies as well as TLP, so feel free to submit them to both programs.
