Greetings Minor Planet Observers!
After more then 15 years of data collection and publishing  our results under the Magnitude Alert Program (MAP), 
H values  published by the professional community has reached such a level of improvement, so as to render
further useful research under this program of suggested improved H values no longer possible. 

To close the program, a final report in a future Minor Planet Bulletin is under composition by Gerard Faure,
for a possible 2014 issue of the MPB.  I wish to thank Gerard and all our observers over the years for their
many long nights at the telescope and messages of success towards this program.
