C/2019 U5 (PANSTARRS) 2023-Apr-13 Dan Bartlett

Not much to contribute to the cause...since I'm still digging out of the record setting snowfall in the Eastern Sierra Mts, California, USA.

Presented here is a wide field 3.3 x 2.1 degree field showing the faint 12.3 magnitude comet, C/2019 U5 (Pan-STARRS). Perihelion was about two weeks earlier with the comet's distance of 3.6 AU from the sun and still holding. Distance to the earth at the time of this image (04-13-2023), was 2.7 AU and increasing.
