M44 has Two Comets Passing By, 62P/ TsuChinShan and 29P/ Schwassmann-Wachmann, Nov 14, 2023

Thanks David for the heads up on this one. Unfortunately the weather was predicted to be poor the next night and closest approach didn't favor us on the West Coast of the US. So I aimed the C14 Hyperstar, piggybacked with a C6 HyperStar framing as much of M44, the "Beehive", and both comets as possible on 2023-11-14.

Two different scope setups for this venture:

The Closeup, showing only one comet and some of M44, is Comet 62P/ as it hovered around the 10th magnitude mark.
