62P/Tsuchinshan 2023-Dec-05 Dan Bartlett

For December 05th...An exceptional clear and stable night of imaging as I turned to this, my final target 62P/ Tsuchinshan. Oriented the camera earlier to fit comet 12P/ Pons-Brooks in the same field as Vega. This meant that the FOV was 90degrees off than my preference to fit 62P/s potential elongated tail properly. A mere 20 degrees from the 3rd quarter moon, I didn't expect much from the currently brightest comet in the sky and certainly didn't expect to see any evidence of tail elongation.
