What's Going On Here...Comet 13P/Olbers June 27 2024UT (RASA11 WideField)?
Now I'm imaging comet 13P/ Olbers with two setups causing a back log of nightly images to process. Here is the larger FOV shot with the RASA 11 and a full frame camera taken on the night of June 26 local. Interesting to see the cross-member section of the plasma tail again. Not sure what's going on here but I can't quite get my head around the 3D aspect of twisting comet tails.
